Albers kicked off Fall 2020 with 24% more grad students compared to 2019, including the highest number of Bridge MBA students (34) since the program started.

The 2021 US News and World Report undergraduate rankings were released in September, with the following figures for Albers:

  • National ranking: #132
  • Business Analytics: #14 (tied) nationally; #1 in the Northwest; #2 on the West Coast
  • Finance: #21 (tied) nationally, #1 in the Northwest; #2 on the West Coast
  • Accounting: #31 nationally; #3 in the Northwest, #5 (tied) on the West Coast

Albers' Master in Sport Business Leadership (MSBL) program was ranked 36th internationally by SportBusiness.

The recent Mentor Fair was the first virtual fair in its 30-year history. Organized by the Albers Career Center, the event met or exceeded its targets for participating mentors and students. A total of 250 mentors and students participated in the virtual fair.

Another signature SU event, the Business and Engineering Career Fair, also went virtual for the first time in October. The Albers Career Center was also a driving force behind this successful event which had 430 students and 35 employers in attendance.
