Congratulations Class of 2015!

Welcome to the Seattle University Alumni Association - now 75,000 strong. College may be four years, but Seattle University is for a lifetime.

Drive with Pride

The road to a Seattle University education is paved with license plates. As of January 2015, Seattle University alumni and supporters can drive in style with their very own SU license plate. Not only will your ride show your SU pride, but proceeds from each plate go to support student scholarships. Visit www.seattleu.edu/suplates/ to learn more.

Lorena González, ’05

Juris Doctor, School of Law

The daughter of immigrant farmers, Lorena González grew up watching unjust treatment of workers and crop-dusters using pesticides, which drifted into her family’s farm. This fueled a desire to fight back. Through SU’s School of Law, she received an education that turned her passion into action. She is now Counsel to Seattle Mayor Ed Murray and gives minorities a voice—hers.

Alumni Involvement

Go far wherever you are

The passion for community involvement that students develop here carries into their lives as alumni-and 73,000 strong make for a lot of involvement. In-state, out-of-state and even international alumni continue to be involved in the SU community and with each other in a number of ways—growing their own network and inspiring current students.
