The Albers Contest of Engagement (ACE) is a friendly competition among Albers New Student Mentors (NSMs) and their respective mentees during the academic year. It’s a way for incoming freshmen to be aware of the opportunities that they can get involved in Albers and SU campus-wide activities in a fun and engaging way. In general, it creates a sense of camaraderie and exciting competition among individual NSM groups and first-year Albers students.

One way your participation in ACE can influence your experience and education at Albers is that you become more aware of the opportunities and resources available on campus. For example, a workshop you can attend that can earn you ACE points but also be extremely beneficial in your career is the “Resume Ready: Tips for a Strong and Effective Resume” workshop hosted by the Albers Placement Center.
For 2020-21 we will be using Padlet to post the leaderboard, which is updated each week. For the link, please contact your NSM.
In previous years prizes included early registration, your team name on the trophy, gift cards, goodie bags, etc.
