University Recreation

UREC Facilities will Remain Closed Through Winter

We will continue to support the health, well-being and connectedness of our community through virtual & select in-person programming.

In-person programming includes Open REC during scheduled hours. All other facilities closed.

Next week begins UREC’s 7th annual Project Positive, a campaign aimed to inspire joy, connection and self-appreciation. This year's theme is Cultivate Connection: focused on helping our community recognize and manifest the things that make them feel connected to themselves, the community, nature, passions, etc. We hope to inspire you to identify the people, places and things that make you feel the most like yourself. In a year that has challenged our ability to easily connect to the things we love, we encourage everyone to spend time Cultivating Connection.

Follow us on Instagram to experience the positivity.
