Current Class Schedule

All UREC Group Fitness Classes are FREE, but you may purchase a Group Fitness Pass for unlimited reservations to guarantee your spot. Group Fitness Pass is good for the entire academic year. Register on MINDBODY.

No pre-registration is required for any of our Group Fitness classes and space is available on a first come first served basis, with registered participants having priority.

Ensure your participation and get the most up-to-date information about your favorite class by pre-registering with our online system and/or mobile app. A yearly $10.00 fee is associated with this option for Students and a yearly $15.00 fee for Non-Students. Registration opens 7 days prior to each class.

If you are unable to make your reserved class time, please cancel your reservation 15 minutes prior the start of class or your attendance will be marked as No Show/Late Cancel. Five No Shows/Late Cancels in a quarter will result in the cancellation of your Group Fitness Package.

For safety reasons, if you are more than 5 minutes late to class, you will not be allowed to participate. Due to the quiet and meditative nature of the class, we no longer allow members to join Yoga classes once the class has begun. Thank you for understanding.
