Seattle University community members are provided with a Campus Card, a versatile photo ID card. Your Campus Card can be used as an electronic door key, library card, dining card, debit account card, and gym pass. Your Campus Card comes with an eAccount that allows you to manage the money on your card. You, your family, or your friends may deposit funds into your account at Student Financial Services, or online through eAccounts to use in University dining halls or laundry facilities.
Visit SuperCopy in Pavilion 010 during business hours (M-F, 8am-5pm) to obtain your campus card. You will need a valid photo ID (a current passport, state issued ID, unexpired drivers' license, or military ID). Other forms of ID may be accepted, but please call ahead to find out. Come prepared to take a photo. Cards can be printed in about 15 seconds so you will leave with your card that day.

Lost or Stolen Card or After-Hours Access
If your campus card is lost or stolen please log into your eAccount to deactivate your card. Once you have deactivated your card, please notify the Public Safety office. If you need after-hours access please contact Public Safety at 206-296-5990.

Campus Card Eligibility

All first time Campus Cards are free. If you lose your card, there is a $20 fee to replace it. This can be paid in person at Student Financial Services, or online through eAccounts. Temporary cards are available at no charge, and are valid for one week.
