A Seattle U account (firstname.lastname@example.org) is used to access university computers, email and systems. All students, faculty and staff are provided with an SU account.

To access university systems and accounts, you will need to create a password. All SU passwords must match the following requirements:
Existing Seattle University students, faculty and staff can reset their account passwords at:https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com or by calling the Help Desk at (206) 296-5571. Note: Please have your SU ID # readily available when you call the Help Desk.
Other Seattle University community members (Jesuit, vendors, etc.) can reset their account passwords at: https://pwreset.seattleu.edu/forgot.aspx.
