A SeattleU account (email@example.com) is used to access university computers, email and systems. All students, faculty and staff are provided with an SU account.
To access university systems and accounts, you will need to create a password. Your password never expires. All SU passwords must match the following requirements:
Existing Seattle University students, faculty and staff can reset their account passwords at: https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com or by calling the Service Desk at (206) 296-5571.
Note: Please have your SU ID # readily available when you call the Service Desk.

The Self-Service Portal has an easy-to-search knowledge base, and you can open a support ticket based on your specific request. You can also view the status of your tickets.
