With the exception of the St. Ignatius chapel, all buildings on campus have locations containing wired network jacks including common areas, classrooms, offices, labs, and student rooms. The off-campus location of James Tower also has wired network connectivity. A network patch cable is required to connect to any wired network jack.
Students, faculty, and staff can access the wired network via campus computer labs, or by connecting to wired network jacks in labs, classrooms, offices, and student rooms.
ITS provides secure wireless network service in all campus buildings except for the St. Ignatius Chapel. There are two
wireless networks available: SU-secure and SU-visitor. See below for more information on each of these wireless networks and how to use them.
