Classroom Services works behind the scenes in conjunction with the Service Desk and Conference and Event Services (CES) to support classrooms, labs, and campus events. Classroom Services works to ensure the proper technological resources are in place to make classroom learning streamlined and events successful. Below are some of the ways that we can help you.
Classroom Services supports students, faculty, and staff in making video conference calls. Our staff is here to assist you with equipment setup and troubleshooting. Seattle University's main video conferencing room is Engineering 532.
For any academic or classroom support, please contact the Service Desk at 206-296-5571 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The Service Desk will then coordinate with Classroom Services to arrange the request. All requests for equipment and services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time that it is needed.
Preparation is key to a seamless and successful event! Classroom Services works diligently with your CES event coordinator to execute the technological solutions to meet your specific requests. In order to best serve you, we require all event technology requests to be made at least 7 days prior to the event.
All checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time the equipment is needed. All Seattle University students, faculty, and staff can check out equipment.
Equipment checkout is only available for academic and/or campus sponsored activities and events.
Equipment is limited; all requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.
