Classroom Services

About Us 

Classroom Services works with the Service Desk and Conference and Event Services (CES) to support classrooms, labs, and campus events.

Classroom Technology & Support:

For any academic or classroom support, please contact the Service Desk at 206-296-5571 or servicedesk@seattleu.edu. All requests for equipment and services must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time that it is needed.  

Event Support & Equipment:

Classroom Services works diligently with your CES Event Coordinator to execute the technological solutions to provide equipment and technical support to make your event a success. All technology request must be submitted to your CES event coordinator at least 14 days prior to the event.

Equipment Checkout:

All checkout requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the time the equipment is needed. All Seattle University students, faculty, and staff can check out equipment. 

Equipment checkout is only available for academic and/or campus sponsored activities and events.

Equipment is limited; all requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The following equipment is available for checkout through Classroom Services:

  • Blu-ray/DVD players
  • Projectors
  • Portable screens

Open Monday – Friday, 8am to 6pm

 

Remote & Self-Service

The Self-Service Portal has an easy-to-search knowledge base, and you can open a support ticket based on your specific request.  You can also view the status of your tickets.
