Colleague Issues Notification

This morning Colleague users experienced varying issues including login and name lookup. The issues have been resolved as of 9:15am. UI 4.6/5.7, SUOnline and Self-Service (my.seattleu.edu) are now operational.

Vi Hilbert Move

Enrollment Services is transitioning to Vi Hilbert Hall on November 17. This move will require assistance from various teams in IT Services to relocate over 300 devices while trying to minimize disruptions to service. Please note that if you call the Help Desk, our technicians will have limited availability to respond to field calls on Friday November 16 and Monday November 19 as they will be facilitating this move.
