ITS has a variety of phone services for employees working off campus. Please refer to the table below to determine which solution best suits your needs.

Basic Phone Features 

Select your phone to learn more about its buttons and functions:

To Change Your Phone Greeting

  1. Call 206-296-2222 from off-campus or 2222 from a SeattleU phone
  2. When prompted to enter your ID enter your 4-digit phone extension
  3. When prompted to enter your PIN enter your 4 or 5-digit PIN
  4. Press 4 for Setup Options
  5. To change your Greeting press 1 and follow the prompts

Advanced Features

ITS provides campus phone services to Seattle University. ITS does not support mobile phones. University mobile phones are ordered, provided, and supported by the Controllers Office. Please contact Deb Frisbie with any questions at 206.398.4423 or frisbied@seattleu.edu
