Campus Phone Services

ITS provides campus phone services to Seattle University. ITS does not support mobile phones. University mobile phones are ordered, provided, and supported through the Campus Store. Please contact them at 206-325-6002 for assistance.

Use the Phone Support Webform to create a ticket directly with our staff for one of the following support needs: ​

  • Reconfigure a phone and voicemail for a different user (Managers should be submitting this request prior to a new employee arriving)​
  • My phone or voicemail isn’t working as expected​
  • Request a conference phone​
  • Request an additional phone​

Basic Features 

To Change Your Phone Greeting

  1. Call 206-296-2222 from off-campus or 2222 from a SeattleU phone
  2. When prompted to enter your ID enter your 4-digit phone extension
  3. When prompted to enter your PIN enter your 4 or 5-digit PIN
  4. Press 4 for Setup Options
  5. To change your Greeting press 1 and follow the prompts
