Friday, February 23
6:00pm to 6:30pm

Wired & Wireless Network

The wired and wireless networks (SU-secure and SU-guest) will be intermittently unavailable in the following location for maintenance:

  • PAVL
  • ARMS
  • Colleague UI
  • Course Description Editor
  • Directory Update
  • EMS
  • Entrinsik Informer
  • ImageNow/WebNow
  • InformSU
  • Megamation Facilities Work Requests
  • OrgSync
  • P: Drive
  • Schedule Planner
  • SUDDS
  • SUOnline (WebAdvisor & Self-Service)

6:00pm to 8:00pm

Virtual Desktop 

The Virtual Desktop (VDI) will be unavailable during this maintenance window.

6:00pm to midnight

Affected Services
Services that will be intermittently unavailable during this window include the following:

9:15pm to 11:00pm

Internet Access
Campus Internet access will be intermittently available during this maintenance window. The Virtual Private Network will still be available during this time.

Wireless Network
The wireless networks (SU-secure and SU-guest) will be unavailable for maintenance.

Affected Services
Services that will be intermittently unavailable during this window include the following:

  • T: Drive
  • Raiser’s Edge
  • NetCommunity

Saturday, February 24
8:30am to 9:30am

eAccounts
Adding funds to eAccounts will be unavailable during this maintenance period.

Campus Print Services
Printing using your personal funds will be intermittently unavailable for required maintenance. Printing to department budgets will be unaffected by this maintenance.
