Windows patching occurs every month, to keep university systems secure and up-to-date. The following services are intermittently unavailable during this maintenance:
Monthly System Patches/Updates 6:00am to noon
Services that will be intermittently unavailable during this window are listed above.
Server Updates 8:00am to 9:00am
Colleague UI, Self-Service, and Web Advisor will be unavailable during this window.
Building Network Connectivity 6:00am to 11:00am
Wired and wireless network access will be unavailable for up to 30 minutes during this window in the following buildings:
Tip If you experience connectivity issues with either your computer or office phone after these updates, please reboot your device as a first troubleshooting step. If you continue to experience internet problems, please contact the Help Desk for further troubleshooting.
