As the Director of Customer Experience, Kartika is dedicated to enhancing customer experience through strategic planning, innovative solutions and has a deep understanding of customer needs. Kartika oversees the Service Desk, Classroom & Event Services, Endpoint Management, Labs, and Tech Purchasing. Before moving to Seattle, she practiced as a licensed dentist in India. In her free time, Kartika enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, travelling, and kayaking.
