Seattle University's Procard Program is designed to provide authorized individuals with a university credit card (Procard) for low dollar value goods or services. It is a supplemental tool for approved reporting unit expenses that are more efficiently purchased by credit card or that are only available from suppliers who transact exclusively via credit cards or cash.
All Procard expenses must adhere to the university's business travel expense and non-travel expense policies. Transactions must be verified and approved, and must be accompanied by appropriate documentation.
More information about the program may be found in the Procard Program Policy and Procedures Manual. To apply for a Seattle University Procard, complete the Procard Application. For more information, please e-mail Procard@seattleu.edu or contact Accounts Payable Manager, Deb Frisbie, x4423, or Accounts Payable Technician, Alec Cuison, x2665.
