Seattle University has partnered with Egencia for business related travel. The web portal enables SU employees to search for flights, hotels, and rental cars with the added benefit of being able to create your own user profile and store travel related information. Egencia uses SU negotiated rates as well Egencia rates to save the university money on business travel.

In addition, the corporate account allows users to:

• Add your personal travel rewards account to your profile to earn points
• Instantly check flight status
• Get travel alerts
• Get airport information and parking reservations
• Check the weather in the city you are traveling to
• Look up maps of the area
• Get specific information on passports and visas needed for international travel

To create an account please send an email to APTeam@seattleu.edu requesting access and with the following information:

• Name, email, and SU ID
• The role which is most appropriate; Traveler or Arranger. Please visit the training page for details about each role.

Please note: A SU Procard or personal credit card must be used to make reservations.
