Seattle University has partnered with Egencia for business related travel. The web portal enables SU employees to search for flights, hotels, and rental cars with the added benefit of being able to create your own user profile and store travel related information. Egencia uses SU negotiated rates as well Egencia rates to save the university money on business travel.

In addition, the corporate account allows users to:

• Add your personal travel rewards account to your profile to earn points
• Instantly check flight status
• Get travel alerts
• Get airport information and parking reservations
• Check the weather in the city you are traveling to
• Look up maps of the area
• Get specific information on passports and visas needed for international travel

Egencia accounts for Seattle University faculty and staff are automatically created and utilize the university’s single sign-on. Egencia may be accessed through the SeattleU Egencia Portal link above to easily arrange travel.
