Military Science: Army ROTC
Army ROTC develops confident, capable officers for the U.S. Army while preparing students for leadership in any career. As a college elective, students can explore ROTC for up to two years with no service obligation. At Seattle University, ROTC opportunities include specialized training in nursing and leadership development.
Navy ROTC Partnership with University of Washington
Since 1982, the University of Washington NROTC unit has maintained a cross-town agreement with Seattle University, allowing students to fully participate in the NROTC program while pursuing their degrees at Seattle University. We take great pride in our program of mental, moral and physical development that shapes young men and women from both institutions into principled leaders in the naval service.
Air Force ROTC Partnership with University of Washington
Seattle University also partners with the University of Washington through a crosstown Air Force ROTC agreement. Students remain enrolled full time at Seattle University while attending Air Force ROTC classes each week at the University of Washington, gaining access to exceptional training and leadership development opportunities.
