The Student Health Center is not a walk-in clinic, although we do our best to accommodate as many patients as possible on any given day. If you would like to schedule an appointment with the Student Health Center, you may do so in person or by calling.  No appointments will be made via email or secure message correspondence.

All visits are by appointment only including immunizations, TB skin testing and laboratory testing.

Please note:

  • It is very important that each patient arrives at their scheduled time with online paperwork completed.  If you are late or miss your appointment you will be rescheduled.  Please make every effort to be on-time to your appointment.
  • All required forms are to be completed on the Patient Portal prior to your appointment.  Failure to complete required forms will result in a canceled appointment.
  • Rescheduling/Canceling appointments: If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we require 4 hours notice or you will be entered as a No-Show. 

Please verify with the receptionist your contact information.  Also, please remember to bring your insurance card with you to every appointment so we may keep a copy on file. If you do not have insurance, you are still able to utilize the Health Center services. Please let the receptionist know when you schedule your appointment if you do not have health insurance.

PATIENT PORTAL You will log into the portal using your Seattle University user name and password. Once logged in you will have access to several features that will streamline your experience at the health center.

Upcoming Appointments:
You can view your upcoming appointments and complete any forms attached to this appointment. To find the forms needed for your appointment look under “Upcoming Appointments” not under “Forms & Consents”.  Forms MUST be completed prior to your appointment. Look for green rectangle.
