The waiver for Winter term 2022 is now open.
Health insurance is required for ALL students taking undergraduate couses as well as most international graduate or law students. A student may waive the student health plan if they have health insurance with comparable coverage. Students who are taking classes 100% virtual are still required to complete the waiver if they do not want the student health insurance plan. This is a OPT-OUT program. If waiver approval has not been received by the deadline of 1/13/2022, the student will be automatically enrolled in the Aetna Student Health plan and be responsible for the insurance premium.
Students must actively waive the health insurance every academic year. If you have an accepted waiver from the Fall term 2021, your waiver will be applied through 8/31/22. Waivers from previous academic years do not roll over.
