Leadership Opportunities

2023-2024 Ignite Mentors

The Ignite Mentorship Program matches new first-year and transfer students with an undergraduate peer mentor during their first-year at Seattle University. Peer mentors, called Ignite Mentors, maintain the strongest perspective to coach fellow Redhawks through this transition, playing an invaluable role in supporting new students’ transition to college beyond their orientation, fostering students’ retention and persistence to graduation, and enabling a greater sense of belonging within the Redhawk community. The Ignite Mentor role is a unique opportunity to advance your leadership skills, develop new professional abilities, and make a lasting impact on others.

To learn more, please view our 23-24 Ignite Mentor Job Description. Applications are due Wednesday, November 1, 2023 by 11:59pm PT. You can apply on Handshake by clicking here.
