I'm from many different places due to my upbringing but SoCal and Hawai'i hold extra special places in my heart. My educational background is in athletic training and I have a love for helping patients gain the skills necessary to achieve their mental and physical health goals. This, coupled with my variety of involvements in student life has developed into wanting to provide resources and experiences for students to develop into well-rounded leaders who reach their aspirations. I hope to help provide enriching expriences to all those I come across through supporting spirit and tradition here at SU. In my free time I enjoy painting and trying new food. I'm new to Seattle/Washington so if you have any recommendations send them my way!

I was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco and raised in Yakima, WA. For my undergraduate, I attended the University of Washington here in Seattle. During this time is when I learned my true passion or supporting students in higher education. I have always been very leadership driven and coming from a Mexican household as the oldest of 4 daughters, education and tradition have always been very important.  These identities and my experiences as a first-generation Latinx student have led me to where I am now, pursuing a Master’s degree in Student Development Administration. I want to continue supporting students in every way possible! In my free time I enjoy baking and watching movies/shows with friends and family. If you have any recommendations for movies or shows I should watch, let me know!

Hi, everyone! My name is Will and I was born and raised in South Carolina. During my adolescence, I developed a fascination with filmmaking, so I sought a Bachelor's in Media Arts at the University of South Carolina. While attaining my degree, I also served as a Resident Mentor (commonly referred to as Resident Advisors/Assistants) for three out of my four years there and developed a passion for working in higher education serving and helping students in various ways. During my search for graduate schools to pursue my M.Ed., I felt Seattle calling my name so that is how I ended up at Seattle University. When I am not focusing on school or work, I am most likely on an urban hike, binge-watching TV shows, or planning my next vacation!

Hello everyone! My name is Sarah, and I was born and raised in Northern Illinois. I received my BA at Illinois Wesleyan University and taught high school Spanish and coached volleyball for 2 years before deciding to continue my education at Seattle U. During my time at IWU, I gained the passion for student development through my role as an RA and being a part of a teacher education program committed to social justice. While I loved teaching, I felt called to search for an MEd program that focused on supporting historically excluded students and am so happy to have landed at SU. When I am not working, I like to explore new restaurants in the city or play Animal Crossing and other Switch games. I also enjoy great city views, watching/playing sports and running a dog sitting business with my partner. I LOVE to travel and learn about new countries and cultures!
