Phase One Training was conducted in June 2018. Phase Two training is being offered Fall 2018. In September, Phase One Training curricula became available to Axiom users on the UBO website under the Axiom tab.
Before July 2017 the University Budget Office (UBO) offered live trainings related to fulfilling the role of an activity manager. Although these specific trainings have been suspended with the myriad of changes that RevSU has brought, InformSU and Axiom trainings are available.
The InformSU Financial Training covers the three general ledger reports currently available in InformSU as well as the two Organizational Hierarchy reports. The 2 hour training provides information on the organizational hierarchy structure, the financial data currently available, the foundational fiscal policies that provide context for this data, and ways in which the financial reports can be used for effective and efficient budget management. Anyone responsible for fiscal management will benefit from this class.
