Safeway Pharmacy will be hosting Flu Vaccine Clinics this fall in Student Center 130:

• 2026-27 Flu
• 2026-27 COVID
• HPV
• Shingles
• Pneumonia
• Tdap
• Hepatitis B
• Meningococcal (ACWY & B)

Safeway will bill participants health plan for the vaccine(s) including SU Aetna, Kaiser, and Aetna Student Health. IMPORTANT: Bring their medical and prescription card to clinic.  

IMPORTANT REMINDERS for all Participants

• Complete an Informed Consent for Immunization 2026-2027 (Fillable)
• Bring medical, prescription and/or Medicare part B card.
• Recommendation: Attach a copy of insurance to the filled-out consent form.
• Wear a short sleeve shirt if possible.
