Soul Sessions

In the spirit of the Ignatian value to live as “contemplatives in action,” Soul Sessions provide a brief (15 minute) time to breathe, reflect, and find inspiration for our students’ education, for the work of racial and social justice, for attending to needs of our families and colleagues, and for the betterment of the world.
