Title IX Personnel Training Materials

In compliance with 34 CFR §106.45(b)(10)(i)(D) issued by the U.S. Department of Education to amend the regulations implementing Title IX of the Educational Amendments Act of 1972, Seattle University has made publicly available the training materials used to train the university’s Title IX Coordinator, investigators, decision-makers and other personnel involved in administering the Policy for Complying with the Title IX Regulations/Title IX Final Rule Regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment (“Seattle University Title IX Personnel”).

Other Seattle University Title IX Personnel have or will have, prior to participating in the administration of the Policy for Complying with the Title IX Regulations/Title IX Final Rule Regarding Formal Complaints of Sexual Harassment, received training via a two-day virtual training program held and recorded on August 6-7, 2020, entitled Title IX & Beyond, which was hosted by Title IX Solutions, LLC.
