A new group of women of color is forming on campus. The Center for Jesuit Education (CJE) would like to provide a safe and supportive space within the broader Women in Mission community for those who identify as faculty/staff women of color—to build community, reflect through an Ignatian spiritual lens on the particular experiences of being women of color at Seattle U and empower one another to speak truth and thrive using her gifts.

If you would like to get to know other women of color at Seattle U and would like to offer your input into what this group could look like, please join us for this kickoff lunch and listening sessionFacilitated by CJE Associate Director Andrea Fontana and Faculty Associate Kerry Soo Von Esch, the group will reflect deeply on what needs women of color on campus have, discern how this group could respond and consider next steps.
