WAC Tournament Update: Women Advance; Men Prepare for Thursday Quarterfinal Game

- Seattle U women's basketball completed a historic comeback on Monday night, upsetting #6 UT Arlington, 80-78, in the first round of the 2023 Western Athletic Conference (WAC) Tournament. They advance to the quarterfinals on Wednesday, facing off with #3 Grand Canyon at 8 p.m.
- Entering the tournament as the four-seed, the men have a first-round bye and will open play at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 9 in the quarterfinals round, facing the winner of fifth-seed Grand Canyon and 12th-seed UT Arlington.
