“Vatican II at Sixty” Reading and Discussion Group
Friday, Oct. 15, 12:30 p.m. on Zoom
Tuesday, Nov. 9, 12:30 p.m. (either in-person or Zoom, depending on the group's preference)

The Institute for Catholic Thought and Culture is offering a yearlong discussion group on Vatican II. Attendance is flexible; join for one quarter or all year. This year marks the 60th anniversary of Vatican II, which was a pivotal moment in both Catholic and world history. An important question today is how might we communicate the richness, vision, challenges, questions and the response that emerged and flows out of Vatican II to a new generation that is invested in the ethos of Catholic higher education? Everyone is welcome to join the group! Fall quarter will focus on the context and reception of Vatican II. A modest stipend is available for participants. Space is limited; e-mail ictc@seattleu.edu by Oct. 11 to register.
