The shift from daylight savings time to standard time can be stressful and challenging for students. Stress often manifests in physical illnesses and mental health challenges. You can help your students by:

  • Making them aware that TimelyCare services are available 24/7 and included in their wellness fees.
  • Encouraging them to register now for TimelyCare in order to prevent delays when they need support in the future.

What services are available through TimelyCare?

TalkNow - 24/7, on-demand emotional support.

Scheduled Counseling - Select the day, time, and mental health provider of your choice. (12 visits per year; reset every Aug. 1)
