Monday, March 4, 6–9 p.m.; callbacks on Tuesday, March 5
Lee Center for the Arts (905 12th Ave)
Please complete this audition form.
No need to prepare anything. Do dress to move. This is a play with music; some characters will sing, but no need for trained voices.

Directed by Johamy Morales, associate artistic director of Seattle Children's Theatre, Mary Zimmerman's The Secret in the Wings adapts a group of lesser-known fairy tales to create a theatrical work that sets their dark mystery against her signature wit and humor. The framing story concerns a child and the frightening babysitter with whom her parents leave her. As the babysitter reads from a book, the characters in each of the tales materialize, with each tale breaking off just at its bleakest moment before giving way to the next one.

There are copies of the script outside of the Admin Office in the Fine Arts Building

You do not need to be a theatre major to audition!

Rehearsals for The Secret in the Wings will begin after spring break, held in the evenings and some Saturdays, during the spring quarter. Performances will take place in the Lee Center May 8–18.
