NEW TIME!  Wednesdays, Jan. 12–Feb. 16 | 12:40-12:55 p.m.
Zoom | Facilitators TBA

In the Ignatian spirit of "caring for the whole person,” Soul Sessions is a series of brief (15-minute) and accessible community gatherings. Led by your faculty and staff colleagues in a simple meditation, these sessions are meant to help you pause, breathe, reflect and find inspiration for your daily life and work.

Looking for a brief reflective practice for yourself or for a class? Please visit the repository of all 31 Soul Sessions thus far, offered by members from across our campus community on the CJE website.

Please check future campus announcements for an update on this quarter’s facilitators.
