Please bring a lunch and join HR for a Lunch and Learn session to gain context for Seattle U’s compensation philosophy and build a fundamental understanding of our staff compensation processes, including the practice of aligning positions within the Market Reference Range (MRR) structure.
This foundational information session is intended to help provide the framework for the Job Descriptions Project which will start in early 2024. The project is the first step in confirming MRR placement, creating job titling conventions and introducing job families.
