Please join the law school for this special Constitution Day conversation between Professor Andrew Siegel and Abha Khanna, one of the nation’s leading voting rights attorneys. They will discuss some of the major cases that Ms. Khanna has litigated throughout the country, including her recent Supreme Court victory in Allen v. Milligan, 599 US__(2023), the importance of voting rights and election law cases in maintaining both a functioning democracy and constitutional fidelity, the prospects for successfully maintaining those values in the face of contemporary political and judicial obstacles and the path of her career.
