Join CEIE in celebrating its forthcoming volume, Gratitude, Injury, and Repair in a Pandemic Age.

In April of 2021, a year after the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, 13 scholars on two continents gathered virtually to begin collaborative work on a project. Taken together, the essays reflect a creative and determined spirit of discernment and a deep commitment to the experience of thinking and writing together through a global emergency.

The event will feature SU Provost Shane Martin, Georgetown University Press editor Al Bertrand and CEIE Scholars.
