Ignite Mentorship Program

Box with text,

The Ignite Mentorship Program is a new campus-wide initiative launching in Fall 2018. The program offers new undergraduate, first time in college and transfer students the opportunity to work with a faculty, staff or graduate student mentor in their first year at SU. We know that mentorship can be a powerful tool for student success.

If you're an incoming student, consider accepting our invitation to join. More details will be posted in July 2018.

Mentors will come from the faculty, staff and current graduate students. Each mentor will be paired with one incoming student to accompany them through their first year at SU. If you're a faculty member, staff member, or continuing graduate student, interested in becoming a mentor, please RSVP to attend an upcoming workshop to learn more. You may also check out our Mentor FAQs page.
