Pre-register here, but walk-ins welcome.

What to bring:

• ID and proof of medical insurance if insured
• Vaccine card/record (can visit https://waverify.doh.wa.gov/ to get a copy sent to your phone)

Vaccines Available:

• COVID vaccines (NO COST to patient who uninsured or underinsured)
• Flu vaccines (NO COST to uninsured patients–if you are underinsured please contact the Student Health Center)
• All childhood vaccines, including COVID and flu are NO COST for students up to 18 years old. 19+ are considered adults.
