Pathways in Solidarity: Faith Action Network in Washington State

On December 8th, 2022, a panel of Faith Action Network's (FAN) Board Members and Advocates, was convened by Elise DeGooyer, Seattle U Alum and the Executive Director, to share about the organization's efforts in solidarity with over 160 faith communities across WA State advocating for a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world, the importance of advocacy and raising voices of faith and values in the policy arena.

Faith Action Network is a multi-faith, non-profit organization though which thousands of people and over 160 faith communities across Washington State partner for the common good. Together, we are powerful voices of faith and conscience advocating for a more just, peaceful, and sustainable world. 

 

Elise DeGooyer, serves as Executive Director of FAN, a statewide, multifaith, advocacy and social justice organization, and is an Advisory Council Member with CEIE. Elise’s experience in mission-driven work in human services and advocacy—in food banks, for unhoused people, and through advocacy on poverty issues—animates her theological questions.
