      At no extra fee, Group Fitness is a fun way to reach your fitness goals! Let our nationally certified instructors inspire and motivate you in our variety of fitness classes. Classes include Zumba, Redhawk Fit, Power Yoga, Pilates, Cycling and more! Enjoy the convenience of dropping in for a class or to ensure your participation, purchase a $5.00 unlimited Group Fitness package and pre-register to hold your spot.

      Special Fitness Programming Spring 2015

      Small Group Training for Students - Six weeks starting the week of 4/13

      Working alongside your friends with the help of a personal trainer is the perfect combination for reaching your health and fitness goals. Each group member will receive a free personal initial consult, in addition to 12 sessions with their payment of $192 per student. The current sessions are Cardio Training and Strength Training Basics.
