      At no extra fee, Group Fitness is a fun way to reach your fitness goals! Let our nationally certified instructors inspire and motivate you in our variety of fitness classes. Classes include Zumba, Redhawk Fit, Power Yoga, Pilates, Cycling and more! Enjoy the convenience of dropping in for a class or to ensure your participation, purchase a $5.00 unlimited Group Fitness package and pre-register to hold your spot.

      Special Fitness Programming Fall 2014

      Self Defense Workshop - 11:30am - 1:30pm on Saturday, October 25th 

      Join UREC for a (free!) Self-Defense workshop aimed at helping SU students learn the basics of self-defense

      • Learn physical and verbal strategies for dealing with confrontations 
      • How to set boundaries
      • Strategies to increase your awareness
      Class size limited to 15
