MentorSU

MentorSU connects Seattle University sophomores with early-career professionals for one-on-one mentorship, career exploration, and meaningful networking opportunities.

Two Students at the Albers Mentor Fair

MentorSU is a one-to-one mentorship program pairing Seattle University sophomores with early-career professionals who are ready to invest in the next generation. Through guided meetings, small group events, and one-on-one connection, the program supports students in exploring their strengths, building networks, and clarifying career paths, and gives mentors a meaningful way to not only engage with the Seattle University community but also create new networks of their own.
