Job Description

I lead the Business Operations function for the Business Applications & Platform team, an engineering organization for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform in our Cloud + AI division. My main roles include business management, budgeting/forecasting, reporting, headcount management, internal app/automation development and university recruiting for our teams in the US and other countries.

Employment History

I've been at Microsoft for 18 years working on the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, HoloLens, Xbox, Windows, Office, and incubation projects in engineering, business, and marketing roles. Previously, I've worked at National Bank of Alaska, Washington Mutual and Activision-Blizzard.


MBA and BABA, majoring in Finance, both from Seattle University.

Mar: MS Lunch + Senior Leader meeting

May: Executive Speaker Series or business discussion

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

On or around the SU campus in late afternoons/evenings or virtual meetings depending on things are going.
