  • Vice President: Keeps official minutes and records, maintains relationships to other organizations and clubs, conducts presidential duties when the President is unable.
  • Treasurer: Responsible for keeping accurate records of all financial matters.
  • Event Planner: Comes up with realistic and feasible ideas for events and carries them out successfully.

Game Nights

We have Game Nights every Thursday from 5:00 - 7:00 pm in ENGR 416. These immediately follow the colloquium talks and thus also serve as a great opportunity to meet and talk to the speakers. Snacks, warm drinks, and fun games are provided.

Retro Valentine: On Valentine's Day you are a winner!

Valentine Event

We also have special events in the works, with the first one taking place on Friday, February 1st from 5:00 - 7:00 pm, in ENGR 416. We will be decorating the math room for Valentine's Day! These special events usually entail decorating the math room, doing fun math related crafts, and more. Other dates will be announced soon, usually following S.M.A.R.T. Fridays

For More Event Info

If you would like to keep updated on our latest events, please send Math Club President James Tretton (trettonm@seattleu.edu) your email address, so we can add you to our distribution list. We send emails about once a week with info about the math talks before our events and any fun activities we are planning.
