Are you interested in learning more about lifting and feeling more comfortable in the weight room? Join us for our 2 hour Learn to Lift workshop where you will work with our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers to learn the basics around resistance training, perfect your form, and leave with a basic strength program. Great for new exercisers. No experience necessary! Register by 1/20 at 5pm.
