The transcript ordering process varies for students based on which campus they attend/attended.

Note: Seattle University School of Law and Cornish College of the Arts at Seattle University each have their own transcript ordering portal. Navigate to the other tabs on this page to find the links.
All transcript requests for First Hill Campus Seattle University students are fulfilled through the National Student Clearinghouse online ordering process. Start your order here.
Official transcripts are no longer official once opened or downloaded and will display “copy” if re-sent/copied/scanned.
Major GPA is not on an unofficial or official transcript. The only way to calculate a GPA for a specific program is by hand calculation using the catalog to select the coursework to combine for the GPA calculation.
Electronic Transcripts
- Electronic transcripts are $10.90 per transcript, which includes a Clearinghouse processing fee of $3.40.
- Electronic transcripts are usually sent within 1 business day.
- When ordering online, you can also upload additional forms that need to be included with your transcript.
- You will receive e-mail confirmation when the transcript is sent.
Printed Transcripts
- Paper transcripts mailed within the U.S. are $12.55 per transcript, which includes a Clearinghouse processing, printing, and mailing fee of $5.05. International and Express mailing services are available at an additional cost.
- You will receive e-mail confirmation from the National Student Clearinghouse that your order has been sent.
- Paper transcripts will be mailed within 2-3 business days.
- When ordering online, you can also upload additional forms that need to be included with your transcript.
Seattle University School of Law students should request their transcripts directly from the School of Law. Any transcript requests placed through the First Hill transcript portal for law students will result in cancellation.
Cornish College of the Arts at Seattle University students should request their transcripts directly from Cornish College of the Arts at Seattle University. Any transcript requests placed through the First Hill transcript portal for Cornish students will result in cancellation.
