Job Description

As a Director, Enterprise Accounts, I manage a team of account managers responsible for owning partnerships with some of the largest shippers in the world that account for a sizeable percentage of Convoy's overall annual revenue. My team owns the end-to-end strategy of the relationship with these shippers (growth strategy, operational excellence, business plans, data insights, on-site meetings and business reviews, project management, etc.). I collaborate with company leadership to represent the voice-of-the customer in cross functional business decisions.

Mentoring Objectives & Scope

I like working with my students to help them navigate the next phase in their lives. There can be a lot of uncertainty about entering the work world or making a career switch. I've navigated an unusual path to get where I am now, and I think that I can offer a unique perspective to students that want advice, guidance, or just an ear to talk through their concerns or questions as they navigate this next phase.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

I prefer meetings close to my office in downtown Seattle. I can accommodate coffee meetings during the work day, or in the evening after work.
