Job Description

Katrina is a Senior Program Manager in Amazon's Treasury Technology team supporting the program and product management needs for the Risk organization. Responsibilities include: (1) Manage implementation of Amazon-wide Risk Management Information System (RMIS), centralizing and automating data for Global Risk Management & Claims programs. (2) Onboard Risk programs, driving and advocating for requirements that eliminate manual processes and increase ability to scale. (3) Lead projects to automate Amazon’s Total Cost of Risk (TCOR). (4) Partner with stakeholders to build and implement multi-year technology systems strategy, assessing current state, representing the voice of the customer (e.g. risk managers), developing a multi-year roadmap, and executing upon it. (5) Translate complex business requirements into functional designs and transactional workflows, defining requirements and managing testing of solutions to ensure delivery is as expected, improving customer experience. (6) Manage stakeholder communications, RMIS user training, and resource development.
