Mentoring Objectives & Scope

Really listen to student objectives and help them make forward progress on their personal/academic goals. I think I am helpful in helping them take their thinking up a level and consider options or opportunities and make connections they might not see on their own.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

Fairly flexible-if I meet with them near Seattle U campus then I prefer 10AM-2PM (off traffic times). Virtually I can be fairly flexible.

Additional Information

I really love working with students. Early in my own career I was a dorm manager when I was a graduate student and have also been a tutor at the community college level, and I was an entrepreneurship coach and business plan judge In Europe as part of my role at IBM. I also am a dual French US citizen and particularly like working with people and business problems that have some international factors to consider.
