Employment History
Prior to joining Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, I held leadership roles with Hospital Sisters Health System, HCA Healthcare, Triad Hospitals, LHP Hospital Group and several other large, integrated health care systems ranging from critical access hospitals to academic medical centers. I also served as Chief Operating Officer for Creighton University Medical Center. In addition, I am serving on the Board of Rural Physician Group based in the Denver metro area, which specializes in supporting rural communities with physician and provider staffing and service line development.
Education
Bachelor’s degree from the University of New Orleans Masters in Healthcare at Tulane University School of Medicine
Mentoring Objectives & Scope
I would lean towards tailoring something to the individual. Everyone has different needs, wants and interests. I've had two really great mentors in my life, both were challenging people bringing different perspectives to my development. At the same time, both were and have been incredibly supportive over the years. I'd like to bring that same level of support and perspective to someone's professional development.
