I lead the Business Operations function for the Business Applications & Platform team, an engineering organization for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform in our Cloud + AI division. My main roles include business management, budgeting/forecasting, reporting, headcount management, internal app/automation development and university recruiting for our teams in the US and other countries.

I've been at Microsoft for 20 years working on the Power Platform, Dynamics 365, HoloLens, Xbox, Windows, Office, and incubation projects in engineering, business, and marketing roles. Previously, I've worked at National Bank of Alaska, Washington Mutual and Activision-Blizzard.

Education

MBA and BABA, majoring in Finance, both from Seattle University.
