Mentoring Objectives & Scope

I can share my experience and insight around transitioning into the tech industry, building products, and startup vs big tech life. As a career changer and life-long student, I can also help with career development, job search strategies, and how to fit continuing education into your career. In the past, this has included doing resume and cover letter reviews, crafting job search strategies, connecting students with other people in my professional network, and mock interviewing practice. We also normally talk about career goals and how to think about career progression and choices.

When and where do you hold meetings with your students?

A mixture of in-person and virtual. I'm flexible, and often meet with students at the Qualtrics office downtown, on campus at Seattle U, or on Zoom.
