Susan has deep wireless industry experience of 24 years, starting her career with McCaw Cellular Communications (AT&T Wireless) where she worked for more than 12 years. She then spent three years at Nordstrom before coming back to wireless, serving in multiple finance roles at T-Mobile and getting promoted to senior vice president of financial planning and analysis in 2013, and then Executive Vice President in 2020.
