Program management interface between airline customers and engineers (Boeing or suppliers) to define and deliver a customer's 787 airplane. The typical duration of an airplane design program, from sale to delivery, is three years. Manage a core Boeing engineering design team of 8 - 10 members.

Mentoring objectives include: career development, interviewing, networking, job shadowing, outside the box tactics, community service, connecting mentees with experts in their field of interest. Boeing is a large company with many careers to explore. Meeting as a group is key and individual meetings can be arranged for specific topics as needed.

We will negotiate meeting time and location. Preferred eastside or at Boeing Everett.
